Great is a modern, optimistic surgeon from the year 2026 who's always happy to help others. After an accident befalls him, he winds up in the body of Phor Gaew, a man living in the past, despised by all of Ayutthaya, but especially Phor Dech.
Unsuccessful in finding a way to return to the present, to survive in Gaew's life and by being himself, he gradually comes to win over the people around him. From a notorious troublemaker, he becomes a new man who uses modern knowledge—medicine, cooking, combat skills, and history—to help the people of Ayutthaya. Gradually, Phor Dech begins to see a side of Phor Gaew he never knew.
